💳 Fees & Registration

• $50 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit required to reserve a spot

• Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to camp start date

• Balances not paid by the due date will be automatically charged to the account on file

• The account holder is financially responsible and held liable for all charges

❗ Cancellation Policy

• Deposit confirms commitment to the registered camp week

• 2 weeks’ written notice is required for cancellation

• Cancellations must be submitted via email to

• Failure to provide proper notice will result in the full camp balance being charged, and the account holder will be held liable

👯‍♀️ Grouping

• Campers could be divided into groups based on age, dance experience, and interests.

🎒 What to Bring

• Snack and water (all items labeled)

• White shirt by Tuesday, labeled in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag

• If a shirt is needed, the studio can provide one for a $5 fee (added to your portal account)

👟 What to Wear

• Comfortable clothing to move in

• Dancewear encouraged; dance shoes optional

• Socks welcome

• Monday: Blue

• Tuesday: Green

• Wednesday: Pink

• Thursday: Purple

• Friday: Crafted TDC Tie-Dye Shirt

• Saturday: Red

🧸 AGES 3–6 | HALF-DAY CAMPS​

• Before Care available: 8:00–9:00 AM

• After Care available: 12:00–1:00 PM

• Pick-ups after 12:10 PM will be charged $1 per minute

💃 AGES 6–12 | FULL-DAY CAMPS

• Camp begins at 9:30 AM

• Pick-up: 2:45–3:00 PM

• Students remaining after 3:15 PM will be charged a $15 aftercare fee
