Studio Procedures

Due to the rise in COVID cases, we are taking the following precautions for the next two weeks as we continue to monitor the community spread.

Studio Sanitation

Studios will be cleaned between each class.

Hand sanitzers are located at every room, doorway, and desk.

 

MASKS

Masks will be worn by all teachers and staff who are spotting or in contact with children. And highly recommended.

Masks are highly recommended for students to wear.

ZOOM LINKS

*We will not be able to provide these until September, once the new year adjustments settle down*

If a member of your family or student is feeling ill, showing signs of illness, or have not yet tested negative from a positive case, we ask that you please let us know via email so we can get you the zoom links for your classes.

CLASSROOM PROCEDURES

Children will be kept lined up in hallways before class.

Children should bring their own water bottles and minimum belongings into studio/lobby.

Classes will be kept in their 6ft boxes with out traveling or mixing groups.

QUARANTINE PROCEDURES:
As cases increase, we are not taking lightly the risk of closing down. We have to take tests and quarantines seriously, but we also continue to provide when and how we can for your child.

In line with the school policies:

*If anyone in your home is awaiting a test, please refrain from coming in until test results come back and you follow up with CDC/Health Department and plan accordingly.
*If you have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive, as per the CDC guidelines you must quarantine for 14 days.

*If your child is being quarantined from school, you must follow the same quarantine protocols

*If your child is quarantined, we ask that you please update us with when your child is quarantined and their return date to school. With this information we will provide a zoom link so that your child can still be involved in their classroom. Your information will be kept in confidence and not spoken of, but unfortunately the kids are piecing it together already with school.

*If your child has been tested positive, we must be notified immediately.

*If your child has tested negative, please provide us with a copy of the test upon your return after issued Health Department quarantine.

WE REALIZE ALL OF THIS IS A PAIN. IT IS FOR ALL OF US. BUT OUR PRIMARY CONCERN IS THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN AND THEIR FRIENDS, OUR TEACHERS, AND EXTENDING INTO OUR FAMILIES. WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A HAPPY AND BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY WITH OUT THE WORRIES OF “THE TIMES” AND KNOW WE CAN DO BETTER BY FOLLOWING PROPER PROTOCOLS. THIS IS NOT FOREVER! <3
